1. Introduction

ManyAI ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise handle your information when you use the ManyAI mobile applications for Android and iOS (the "App"), the manyai.com website (the "Website"), and any related features (collectively, the "Services"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with our privacy practices, please do not use the Services.

2. Scope and Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Services means the ManyAI App (Android and iOS), the Website at manyai.com, and any associated APIs or features we provide.
  • App refers to the ManyAI mobile application available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
  • Account refers to the user account you create or sign in to in order to access the Services.
  • User Content means any text prompts, images, voice input, files, or other materials you submit to the Services, as well as the resulting AI Output you receive.
  • AI Output means responses generated by AI models in reply to your prompts or other User Content.

3. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information when you use the Services:

3.1 Account Information

When you create or sign in to your Account, we collect identifiers depending on the sign-in method you choose:

  • Google Sign-In: ID token, your name, email address, and profile picture URL.
  • Microsoft (MSAL): ID token, your name, and email address.
  • Sign in with Apple: your name and email address (which may be an Apple private-relay address you choose to share).
  • Email and password: your email address and an encrypted password handle stored via Firebase Authentication.

We do not use Facebook Login.

3.2 User Content

When you interact with the AI features, we collect and process:

  • Chat messages and prompts you send.
  • Conversation history and metadata (timestamps, conversation titles).
  • Images you capture with your camera or select from your photo library and upload to the Services.
  • Voice input that you record for speech-to-text features.
  • Any files you choose to attach to your messages.

User Content is stored locally on your device (for offline access and faster loading) and on our servers, including secure object storage accessed via presigned URLs.

3.3 Device and Technical Data

  • Device identifiers (such as Android advertising ID where applicable), device model, operating system version, app version, and language preference.
  • IP address, general network state, and (for the Website) browser type.

3.4 Usage and Diagnostic Data

  • Aggregated analytics events (screen views, feature usage) collected via Firebase Analytics to help us understand how the Services are used.
  • Crash reports, ANR (Application Not Responding) events, and native stack traces collected via Firebase Crashlytics when the App encounters an error.

We do not use Firestore.

3.5 Cookies and Local Storage (Website Only)

On the Website, we use cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) for authentication, preferences, and basic analytics.

Future Purchase Data: We do not currently process in-app purchases. If we enable in-app subscriptions in the future (for example, via Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase), we will update this Privacy Policy to describe the purchase data we handle. Payment card details are never processed by us directly; they are handled by the respective platform store.

4. Permissions We Request (Mobile Apps)

The ManyAI App requests the following permissions for the specific purposes described below. You may grant or revoke each optional permission at any time in your device settings. The App will continue to function with reduced features if you deny optional permissions.

  • Camera — to take photos that you can attach to AI prompts or use with scanning features.
  • Photos / Media — to let you select existing images from your gallery to attach to AI prompts.
  • Microphone — to enable voice input via speech-to-text in the chat interface.
  • Internet and Network State — to communicate with our servers and detect connectivity. These are required for the App to function.

On iOS, equivalent permissions (Camera, Photo Library, Microphone) will be requested via the standard system prompts when you first use the related feature.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To authenticate you and maintain your Account.
  • To process your prompts, images, and voice input through AI models in order to generate AI Output and deliver it back to you.
  • To maintain your conversation history so you can review and continue past chats.
  • To provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service.
  • To analyze aggregated usage patterns and improve the quality, reliability, and features of the Services.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations.

AI training: We do not use your User Content to train AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent. Your prompts and uploads are sent to AI providers solely to generate responses for you.

6. Third-Party Services and SDKs

The Services rely on the following third-party providers. Each provider processes data only as needed to perform its function, and is subject to its own privacy policy:

  • Google Firebase (Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics) — for sign-in, usage analytics, and crash reporting. We do not use Firestore.
  • Google Sign-In — to authenticate you with your Google Account.
  • Microsoft Identity Platform (MSAL) — to authenticate you with your Microsoft Account.
  • Sign in with Apple — to authenticate you with your Apple ID.
  • Google AdMob (Android App only) — see the Advertising section below.
  • Third-party AI providers — your prompts, uploaded images, and voice input are processed by external AI model providers under contractual confidentiality terms in order to generate AI Output. The specific providers may change over time as we expand model support.
  • Glide — an on-device image-loading library used for caching images locally on Android. It does not transmit data to external services.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers to understand how they handle your data.

7. Advertising (Android App Only)

The Android version of the ManyAI App integrates Google AdMob to display advertisements. The iOS App and the Website do not display advertisements.

  • AdMob may collect your advertising ID, IP address, interactions with ads, and limited device information to deliver and measure ads.
  • If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will be shown a consent dialog (via Google's User Messaging Platform) where you can choose whether to allow personalized advertising.
  • You can reset or limit your advertising ID at any time through your Android device settings (Settings > Google > Ads).

8. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • With the third-party service providers described in Section 6 and Section 7, strictly for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
  • With your consent or at your direction.
  • When required by law, legal process, or governmental request.
  • To protect the rights, property, and safety of our company, our users, or the public.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the acquiring party to honor this Privacy Policy.

9. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your Account is active and as needed to provide the Services:

  • Account information: retained until you delete your Account.
  • Chat history and User Content: retained until you delete individual conversations or your Account. Deleted conversations are removed from active systems and purged from backups within a reasonable period.
  • Crash and diagnostic logs: retained for approximately 90 days, in line with Firebase Crashlytics defaults.
  • Transaction and tax records: retained for as long as required by applicable accounting, tax, or regulatory law.

10. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

  • TLS encryption for all network traffic between the App, the Website, and our servers.
  • Authentication tokens stored using encrypted local storage on your device (Android DataStore / Keychain on iOS).
  • File uploads handled via short-lived presigned URLs to limit exposure.
  • Access controls and logging on our backend systems.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

11. International Data Transfers

The Services are operated from Vietnam, and we use cloud infrastructure and third-party providers located in various countries, including the United States and the European Union. When you use the Services, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your country of residence. By using the Services, you consent to such international transfers.

12. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • The right to access the personal information we hold about you.
  • The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • The right to request deletion of your information.
  • The right to object to or restrict certain processing.
  • The right to data portability.
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

How to delete your Account:

  • In the App: open the App and go to Profile > Manage Account > Delete Account. This permanently deletes your Account and associated data.
  • On the web: visit https://manyai.com/account-manager and follow the account deletion flow.
  • By email: send a request to contact@thsoft.tohsoft.com from the email address associated with your Account.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may exercise rights under the GDPR. If you are a California resident, you may exercise rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 17.

13. Cookies and Tracking Technologies (Website Only)

Our Website uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyze site usage. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings. Some features of the Website may not function properly if cookies are disabled. The mobile App does not use browser cookies.

14. Third-Party Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. This Privacy Policy applies only to the Services, and we are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites before providing your personal information.

15. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information and terminate the child's Account. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details in Section 17.

16. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Services, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice (such as an in-App message). Your continued use of the Services after the updated Privacy Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
