Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to ManyAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and ManyAI ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") and govern your access to and use of the ManyAI mobile applications for Android and iOS (the "App"), the manyai.com website (the "Website"), and any related features (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an Account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Scope and Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • Services means the ManyAI App (Android and iOS), the Website at manyai.com, and any associated APIs or features we provide.
  • App refers to the ManyAI mobile application available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
  • Account refers to the user account you create or sign in to in order to access the Services.
  • User Content means any text prompts, images, voice input, files, or other materials you submit to the Services, as well as the resulting AI Output you receive.
  • AI Output means responses generated by AI models in reply to your prompts or other User Content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you may use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Accounts and Sign-In

You can create or sign in to your Account using any of the following methods:

  • Google Sign-In
  • Microsoft (MSAL)
  • Sign in with Apple
  • Email and password (via Firebase Authentication)

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your Account. You may not share your Account, and we may suspend or terminate Accounts that violate these Terms. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep that information up to date.

5. The Services

ManyAI provides an AI-assisted experience that may include:

  • Multi-model AI chat with conversation history.
  • Image input (camera or gallery) and image-based prompts.
  • Voice input through speech-to-text.
  • File attachments submitted to AI models.
  • Generated text, images, and other AI Output returned to you.

The specific features, AI models, and providers powering the Services may change over time as we expand or adjust model support. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at our discretion.

6. License to Use the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the App and Website for your personal use or internal business use. You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or resell access to the Services.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App or any underlying software, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Services in a way that exceeds normal use, or circumvent any rate limits or technical restrictions.
  • Use the Services or AI Output to develop or train competing AI models or services.
  • Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
  • Use the Services in violation of the Google Play Terms of Service, the Apple Media Services Terms, or any other app store rules that apply to your installation.

7. User Content and AI Output

You retain ownership of the User Content you submit to the Services. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, transmit, display, and process that User Content solely to operate, provide, and improve the Services and to generate AI Output for you.

AI Output is generated by AI models based on statistical patterns and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. Different users may receive similar AI Output in response to similar prompts, and we make no claim of exclusivity over AI Output. You are solely responsible for reviewing AI Output before relying on it and for any use you make of it, especially in contexts such as legal, medical, financial, or other professional matters (see Disclaimer).

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit your User Content and that your User Content and your use of AI Output do not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.

We do not use your User Content to train AI models without your explicit, opt-in consent. Your prompts and uploads are sent to third-party AI providers solely to generate responses for you, under contractual confidentiality terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Engage in illegal activity or facilitate the commission of a crime.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, or harm others.
  • Generate, request, or distribute child sexual abuse material or content that sexually exploits minors.
  • Produce or distribute malware, phishing content, or other malicious code.
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
  • Send spam, conduct unsolicited bulk messaging, or impersonate any person or entity.
  • Attempt to extract personal information about other users or third parties.
  • Generate content that violates the usage policies of the third-party AI providers powering the Services.
  • Probe, scan, overload, or otherwise interfere with the Services or the systems they rely on.

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate Accounts that we believe violate these rules.

9. Third-Party Services

The Services rely on third-party providers, including authentication providers (Google, Microsoft, Apple), third-party AI model providers, Google Firebase (Authentication, Analytics, Crashlytics), Google AdMob (Android App only), and the Google Play and Apple App Store platforms. Your use of those components is also subject to the providers' own terms and privacy policies. A more detailed list is available in Section 6 of our Privacy Policy.

10. Advertising (Android App Only)

The Android version of the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. The iOS App and the Website do not display advertisements. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will be shown a consent dialog where you can choose whether to allow personalized advertising. See Section 7 of our Privacy Policy for more information.

11. Purchases and Subscriptions

We do not currently offer in-app purchases or paid subscriptions. If we enable subscriptions or other paid features in the future via Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase, those purchases will be processed by the applicable store and governed by the store's terms together with any additional terms we publish at that time. Payment card details are never processed by us directly.

12. App Stores

If you download the App from Google Play or the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also subject to the applicable store's terms. With respect to the iOS App, you acknowledge that these Terms are entered into between you and ManyAI only, and not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the iOS App or its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you with respect to your use of the iOS App.

13. Termination and Account Deletion

You may stop using the Services at any time. You can delete your Account through any of the following channels:

We may suspend or terminate your Account, or restrict your access to the Services, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services and other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including the User Content license you granted, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

14. Disclaimers

The Services and AI Output are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, that AI Output will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose, or that defects will be corrected. 15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall ManyAI, its affiliates, or their respective directors, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services or any AI Output, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability or (b) USD 100.

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ManyAI and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (i) your User Content, (ii) your use of the Services or AI Output, or (iii) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Services, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, by providing additional notice (such as an in-App message). Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You and ManyAI agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Hanoi, Vietnam, to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
